If you're seeing this error, it typically means the card you're trying to use is already associated with another Funzpoints account or is already saved on your account.
Here’s how you can fix it:

If you're trying to edit or add your card, just follow these steps:
1. On the payment screen, select the option to "Forget this card".
2. Confirm by clicking the “Forget Card” button.
3. Then, click "Add new card".
4. Enter your updated billing details as prompted

If you know someone else has used your card before, our support team can check if they can increase your card’s share limit. We just need the name and email address associated to the other Funzpoints account that used the card before.

If the card is in someone else’s name, ask the cardholder to reach out to us from their email associated with their Funzpoints account and provide your details (name and email address) along with their consent to increase the share limit.
If the transaction was declined, it may show as pending or settled, but don’t worry—your funds will be refunded or removed from your statement within 3-5 business days!
