To fix this, please double-check the address you’re entering, making sure it matches exactly as it appears on your card statement (even small details like “Street” vs. “St” or “Road” vs. “Rd” matter).
To update your card's billing information, follow these simple steps:
1. On the payment screen, select the option to "Forget this card".
2. Confirm by clicking the “Forget Card” button.
3. Then, click "Add new card".
4. Enter your updated billing details as prompted.
If you're using a prepaid card, make sure the billing info matches what you registered with the card. Unregistered cards can lead to purchase errors.
If the AVS error continues, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly, as we don't have access to your bank’s address information and can’t override the error. Also, the address in your Funzpoints profile won’t impact your purchase.
If an incorrect address is entered, the bank may temporarily hold the funds, but they’re usually released within 1-2 days.
