Update Profile Address to Verify Account for Prize Redemption
To update your address so you can redeem your funds or verify your account for prize winnings, please send the following to support@funzpoints.com or submit the following through this link:https://funzpoints.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
1. A clear photo of the front of your ID
2. A clear photo of the back of your ID
3. A selfie holding the same ID, front facing the camera.
4. The last four digits of your SSN
Update Profile Address to Complete a Purchase
If you're looking to update your address to successfully complete a purchase, it’s likely you're encountering an AVS rejection error. This happens when the address entered during the payment process doesn’t match the one on your card.
To fix this, ensure the billing address exactly matches what’s listed on your card statement, including small details like "Street" vs. "St" or "Road" vs. "Rd."
To update your card’s billing information, just follow these easy steps:
1. On the payment screen, click "Forget this card."
2. Confirm by selecting the “Forget Card” button.
3. Choose the "Add new card" option.
4. Enter your updated billing information as prompted.
