If you have forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it in just a few simple steps:
1. On the login page, click the “forgot password” link next to the green login button.
2. Click "OK" when prompted to send a password reset email.
3. Check your email, and make sure to check the spam folder if you don’t see it right away. Open the email with the subject “Funzpoints Password Reset,” and click the link provided. Please note that it will expire in 30 minutes for security reasons). The link will take you back to the website.
4. Once the link is clicked, it will take you back to the website. Enter your new password, and then re-enter on the line below it to confirm. Your password must be between 10 to 72 characters, contain a letter, number, and symbol. Then, click the "Reset" button.

If you still have access to your Funzpoints account and just want to update your password, simply follow these easy steps and you’ll be all set:
1. From the blue dropdown menu, select "PROFILE".
2. Click "UPDATE PASSWORD" at the bottom left of the profile screen. (Note: If you haven’t added a mobile number yet, you’ll be asked to complete that part of your profile first.)
3. Complete the SMS verification.
4. Enter your current Funzpoints password and the new password you'd like to use.
5. Click "UPDATE" to finish.
